The dispatch takes place exclusively within Germany and EU countries via DHL within 2 weeks after ordering. In the event of loss or damage, DHL packages are insured nationally/internationally for up to €500. The sum insured can be increased on request and at an additional cost. A flat rate of €29 including packaging will be charged for the shipping costs within Germany. A flat rate of €49 is charged for shipping including packaging within the EU. Shipping to other regions of the world can of course also take place after consultation and at an additional cost.
